I love this book. Not only is Q is for Quark an awesome book for Weasel to grow up with, I got the joy of attempting to explain what a quark was when it arrived at work. I’m going to have to do some serious study to keep up with this one if my pitiful explanation of just one page is anything to go by.
On initial reading, it’s clear Weasel was most interested in C is for Cloning (pictures of sheep), S is for Systeme International (which weirdly includes dragons) and D is for DNA (fascinated by the double helix). This definitely is a book that’s going to need some time to grow on her (it’s probably aimed at 10 year olds); but hey, it might teach me something.
